t3- Gives 40% exp boost find them in survival mode levels.Level 219 t3 is the second best armor in the game.
t2- Gives a 15% exp boost. Same as t3. the level 219 set has one better stat than elektra +7
t1- No boost. Same as t3. 219 set isn't as good as elektra +7

For the lower level Tier 1-3 I don't know how they compare to other armor.

That's another thing i was wondering. I'm assuming same goes for t2; only one piece is required to get exp bonus?

yes and if u want even faster xp you can buy member for double xp and join a guild with a xp buff.

I tested it myself. Only the head gives exp bonus.

i tested tier arm part on my alt last week and it worked.
will try it again..

Not true anymore it seems. Just got done using tier 2 arms for surge and i received the extra exp.
