Text is ugly, the lines in the bottom left corner and upper right corner should even up, the lighting or w.e you did ruined the render. I like the render's shadow, looks like a pop-up sig imo.

Try learning to resize your text and making them blend in a bit, look up some tuts and use it.

Bevel and Emboss I'm guessing. It can look ugly in all 720º angles. The bg is nice though.

thin brush> hold shift> vertical lines (I think)
