I wanted to start playing again but unfortunately I can't log in.

I have had login problems on games before and most of the times it's my Internet explorer that randomly crashes. I had a look but there don't seem to be any problems there.

I already reinstalled the game and did the client fix, in the settings on the launcher.

Thanks for reading and hope you can help me.

UPDATE:

When I right clicked the icon there was an option to solve the compatibility problems. I tried it and it suggested using the advised settings, went ahead and did that. Now it's repairing the client.

If that fixes the problem I'll post it here.

thanks, still looking for ideas on how to fix this.

UPDATE:

I uninstalled it and all other bout related stuff I had (had a couple others too).
Checked if I had all required software, reinstalled one of them.
installed BC again.
Still same problem.

EDIT:

Deleted the shortcut and went to the launcher in the Zylon Gaming folder.
Tried changing compatibility on that file but still stuck at "logging in ..."

peacefrog

Bump because I still need help. Even messaged random staff and moderators.

Anti-virus or firewall maybe? Not sure, just an idea to keep your post bumped  :P

peacefrog

thanks for bumps.

to answer to the anti-virus firewall thing.

I live on the edge and don't have an anti-virus so that can't be the problem.

peacefrog

Is anyone looking into this?

I've already sent PMs to staff and admin but no response from anyone.

Try disabling antiviruses/firewalls, and run the updater again.

If that doesn't work, try downloading the new installer that I released yesterday which contains every update in the past.

Thanks.
~Kenneth.
