Why do people keep saying miasma has the same stats as jack? The stats of jack/metojack, miasma and the kowbat head are all different.

I keep reading people saying this, are you guys legitimately confused or am I mistaken?

I think that, while it doesn't have the same exact stats as Jack, people associate it with it because of the +100 luck and it being a Halloween head reward. Its more a jack alternative, but people sometimes mistake it as the same, or just consider it to be the same.
