Why not add a system to save conversations   great for screenys of spammers,scammers,flammers, etc. This will eliminate the frustration of worrying about entering rooms/shops/etc without losing a conversation.

Like you could save every whole conversation you had on that particular day. Then go back to it in-game and review what that person said to you.

It wouldn't be difficult to make(at least the saving conversation part.), but if this is being saved on the server it would take to much space for the "improvement" I think and if on the pc of someone it couldn't be trusted. Besides if you need proof just take a screeny it ain't that hard. -1

Yeah, another part to the idea you could add a "report conversation" button to staff. Making it easier to report people.

I dont think it would be hard to implicate. I am pretty sure it won't take much space because not everyone is going to be saving conversations like every time everyday.

Personally I think its a pretty good idea, although instead of saving a conversation you just have a little report button down by the "send" button. Then a little menu pops up and you mark the start and end of the rule breakage within the conversation. People who abuse it and just spam the report button for no good reason could be punished for it.

this kind of reminds me of the way the maplestory report system works. When reporting conversations it usually just captures the last minute of active chat and sends it in.  It's a very effective system and would be easier for those not familiar with screen shots.
