He said he was with 2 other users. If that's true, then how do you know he was the one hacking? He could have been hack leehing, or un-intentionally hack leeching. Both of which give a shorter ban than actually hacking(if im not mistaken).
Also, the reason that I want the thread to be public, is that you and Selene have a habit of either ignoring PMs or getting into the mentality of "I'm always right, I know everything, **** everyone that doesn't agree with me"
Surely you notice yourself doing that occasionally.

Actually from what i've seen of you, you're not the most lenient.
It's not for public entertainment, I want it public because I doubt that he'll be given a fair chance in PMs...and if the occasion where to arise where he was given an unfair chance, I could publicly bitch about it and maybe something would change.
I don't necessarily want drama either, i've already stated my problem with it.
