I know for a fact HP increases. I wasn't sure about dmg tho...

i began creating a list, but it's way too long, dont feel like taking the effort.
all of the stats increase (hp, attmin/attmax, atttransmin/atttransmax.

A grand total of
600 hp, 14/15 att, 22/24 atttrans for level 1
8363 hp, 248/273 att, 359/395 atttrans for level 270
8516 hp, 2454/279 att, 371/408 atttrans for level 300

No, when a level 269 levels up to 270, they gain 8 hp, making a grand total of 8363.

Millions of exp to get 8hp why not more?
People waste hours to gain low hp... When we actually need more then that to do raid 270.
In the time release flags that give 1200 hp .-.
