It is not all about the application, however it can greatly influence their chance at staff. Unless your Bombz. Otherwise why would this topic exist? Your post is rather nit-picky. Saying something useful is not all there is to it. Ofc it is not all there is to it. Just like pizza sauce is not all there is about a pizza. However without it, the pizza is just not the same / as good. =/ Also your post sorta has nothing to do with what your replying to. Just because it is not all about the applications it does not mean that it wont might make multiple people get the position, based on how well their pizza sauce is.

There are many many many languages that we don't currently have Moderators for. If we had one for each language the staff team would be everyone online. (Not literally)

Edit- Also forgot to mention Angrod knows Spanish fluently if i'm not mistaken.

The thing is the Latin people barely speak English. So it's hard for the English people to understand them. If someone could speak both Spanish and English equally good then it would be very beneficial.
