As the previous people mentioned, looks like a render in a background.
Why? Im not trying to be harsh in what Ill say, just tips onto what to do.
Firstly: Blending, the render doesn't fit well with the background, I'd suggest making the green a little bit bluer or the blue a little bit greener.
Secondly: Depth, render stands out too much, try adding some effects, or some C4Ds.
Thirdly: Composition, the background just looks empty overall, and its just a cloud filter, as I mentioned above, try adding some more stuff.
Fourthly: Focal, where's the main point in the sig? The background is too distracting to have a set point.
I suggest starting up with tutorials, lol.
