I wouldn't ask me if i tried. Also depends on the anti-virus software you have? but it should just generally right click and be next to your anti-virus/above it. But if not i recommend either dropping Santa a pm, and installing team viewer in advance and/or try downloading something like cleanup or smartpcfixer can't remember what software i used. Which will help repair most things on your pc after doing a complete scan. Some of the things this may do include:

Repair JavaScript / Scripting Errors.
Repair Internet Explorer / Active X Errors.
Repair C++/EXE/DLL/OCX/INF/VXD Errors.
Repair System Registry Structures.
Defrag Disk.
Repair Dll Error.
Repair 50+ Common Windows Error.
Repair File Extensions.
Optimize Startup Config
Optimize System Service
Update Windows
Clean Registry
Clean browser Histroy, Cookie & Temporary Files
Protect Privacy
Optimize PC's Performance.
