Hi it's Herskey and I live in the UK!
I try to log onto the amazing BoutCheetah but I can't and it says this 'Internet issues have been detected, However you can still press Start to attempt to play.'
I have full WiFi bars and my whole house is fine and I can access the Internet well..
Help please!!! Or i will go insane.

Hey bro, If it says "you can still attempts to play" mean you can, I'm sure it will work..
If not, try repairing the client in the "settings" on the client, you will see the button..

It seems like you just have strict connection if you say your connection is working, too open your connection reset your router and/or turn off your router leave for 5 mins then turn it back on.
