I have tried to start it but it just stays on 'Logging on'
Also the repair client buttion is unavailable for me to click

Wait till the "start" button is available to press, then the "repair client" button will be available to press aswell..

Well, how I said, just click Start button and play for like 10-15 minutes. It should help.

You said you can press Start. Then DO IT AND TELL WHAT HAPPENS

I press start, then I put my account details in and it stay on the logging in bit where dots join between the picture of a computer and a WiFi symbol, stop thinking I'm dumb because you sir are making a fool of your self.

ehmm, Idk if you tried but, reboot your computer.
if that doesn't work, try to repair client again, I'm sure if you wait 2-4 more minutes you will be able to press it.
that doesn't works, try to force it to repair, go into boutcheetah files and delete Zylonshield file, the client will download the shield again, and probably will find your problem on the way..
for last, if that doesn't work, uninstall boutcheetah and re-download it..

If that doesn't work, sell your computer and do something useful with your life

Right I can get on it now only if I update the zylonshield with the 'updater' where is that?
