I have never seen a PM from you in my mailbox.
Every PM I get is answered within 24 hours.

I believe he is talking about staff within the game.

If he meant only in-game, then I would like to state that whenever I'm online, I'm usually actually watching the lobby, mostly silently, though sometimes i can get side-tracked on forums or youtube.
Most of the time I'm in-game though, i'll respond.

Community is more active than staff.. We can also be more helpful ;P

This is true to some extent.  The community can be extremely helpful at times and most of the time there's players that are willing to help (Unless the BC Community has fallen). 

But yeah if a Staff member isn't online or is afk (I did it a lot  ) try PMing them on the forums, skyping them, or whatever you can to grab their attention.  Their job is to help the players so just grab the attention of the staff and I'm sure they'll be glad to help.
