Is the glass 5/8th empty or 3/8th full?

Better question is, will it blend?

a less or highly refractive glass or a transparent material can make the illusion to trick into the thinking of a fluid is present within the substance. the bottom part might be partially empty or filled with a solid completely, i need a clear and a natural picture without editing and gfx'ing it with special effects to decide

I respect this.

It's half full because because the radius of the circle rim of the glass is 2.2% so....
A2=3cos(θ)−5
B2=3sin(θ)
A3=3(cos(θ)−sin(θ))
B3=3(cos(θ)+sin(θ))−6
c1=p22−25−A22−B22
c2=−16−A23−B23

so  p2=1, f(θ) proving that it is indeed half full.
