Keeping it simple, second digital painting.
Was more focused on the bird than on the other things, and I didn't care that much for the shadows because I have no idea on how to pull them off at the moment. Hope you guys enjoy it.

I forgot. A reference was OBVIOUSLY used, but shades are of my own, trees are of my own, and yea.

Old trees look better, keep the same color of the old bark, put the effect of the new leaves on with a hint of 5-7 leaves visible.

Nope, I used some logic proportions on some things and a little bit of reference in stuff on the bird, stuff like the eye for example, although I really didn't use it, its simple consider it is a black circle with some brushed outline, then I just added white details in the inner part.

Yes, this is with a tablet and I did and didn't change program, considering I use brushes in Photoshop, for example for the trees and If I need extra detail I open the .psd file with Paint Tool Sai, so I just switch it a little.
