I saw this event on other game's forum and it was like: people give 10m coins per entry to any staff and they have total of 3 entries. People pay and then wait till lottery will end. Staff will have everytime list with people, bought "tickets", and then, when lottery ends, staff use random org and choose numbers between (for example 1-40). random org choses 25 and a player, who is numbered 25 will get prize and etc.

prizes can be like: p, s, r efs, jack head, deadkitten 1yr, blockhead 1yr, liger 1yr, metojack, hallo ef 2, hallo ef, darkbot, walker bro, double blade merc, halloween sets, metosets and all that stuff. that sounds too much for just a lottery, but that's the point, it can maybe bring more people into game and more people to come back. And make staff more active to accept donations and gigas

Hello and welcome to the official Bout Cheetah lottery
Each week or so first, second and third place winners will be chosen at random, using a random number generator (Random.org).
This lottery is community based, and all entry money goes to the week's winners, so nobody makes money off of this except for the winners.
If you end up winning, you have exactly 7 days to claim your prize; if you fail to do so, your prize will be recycled and used in the next lottery.

A few mistakes in your suggestion

1) People won't join the game for a lottery  "can maybe bring more people into game and more people to come back"
2) If the rewards are spawned it will mess up the economy even more, especially if you add items that are not availabe in the store (but you didnt suggest that so its ok)
3) Instead of staff with random org it's 10000x better to just make it an automatic system, takes like 10 minutes to program if not less.

so basically 10x as much as bc. This game has almost no players anymore, and you're just saturating it with too many OP items. Where in your other game would be more spread out and balanced because there are many players.

Qolder, I like the idea of a lottery system, as was suggested and asked for many times before.
The only thing bad is that you have the idea in your mind of paying a few items or gigas, and within a few weeks, win a perm liger, or a meto set, etc..

That's not how lotteries work.
In big playerbased-games, lotteries work like so:
You pay a looooot of money, up to the point where it'd almost have been better to just buy the perm jackpot item rather than investing in lottery tickets, and you still wouldn't have won the prized item.

Lotteries are made to make people invest money into making them believe they can win the big prize, while the chances of that are less than 1%.

Should you think of a better prize system, then please post that, as I'm pretty sure that'll get more support and positive feedback, than just someone else trying to invent something that we've all heard and seen before to gain some good, expensive, OP or rare items.
