what all are the minimum requirements to become qualified for getting good position here?

is english launage and grammar need to be very good?

also does post count affect this?

Post count isn't really a factor towards people applying for a staff position.  For example, someone who has 200 posts that are extremely helpful will be regarded in a more positive manner than someone who has 2,000 posts which consist of inappropriate messages.

In order to be a staff member for BC there's not much difference than any other game with a volunteer staff.

The most important thing is to be recognized by the staff as someone who shows great interest in helping keep the BC Community clean and friendly for everyone. 
Here are some actions that would give you a positive response from the staff:
-Report Hackers/Rule Breakers
-Help new players out if they ask for it.
-Be active on the forums
-Be active in-game

You can't instantly become a staff member in a week, but with time and dedication to BC it's definitely possible.

I can attest to what spider said as I only had 230ish forum posts when I was selected for the in-game mod position several months back 

Honestly at this point you'd have to uniquely stand out and be fervent in your efforts to help the community because a good amount of our active forum user base has either been staff, wants to be staff or are not eligible because they have received several warnings or were previously moderated / muted / banned

Even if you do qualify for mod down the road, there's really no real benefit if the game is dead.

Finding out who you really are will give me great hope  I give you credit though, it usually does not take me this long to figure it out.

You have probably misunderstood what Corr's saying

I hope you realize that each time you ask for staff, it reduces your chances greatly.
Staff isn't something that you can just buy/demand for.

Also I'm pretty sure Corr was being sarcastic when he said you would be a good moderator like Johnny.  Johnny wasn't the best staff member that BC has had, so by calling you someone "like Johnny" it has a negative context.
