Ughmm, what is the best build for a high level character (both at 150 and 200).

Is the electrika set just for show or does it actually give better stats?

Just wanna get a general feel for the game before I actually start playing again (new parts confuse me ).

Is lan man still considered the best transformation for PvP or has there been a new transformations implemented that are better?

New armors are the same as others: higher level = higher stats.
