Do you have that item duplicate? as far as i know you have to put the 2x items in the inventory then wait for Admin Santa to transfer one to your other account.

If you received a item THAT YOU ALREADY HAD during the event, and want it transferred to another account that you own, fill this out:

1.) Move both duplicate items to your inventory
2.) What was the name of the item?
3.) What bot name do you want the item transferred to?

Here's the thing, a few years back, when I used to play this game alot, I asked Santa to transfer my DM that I got from the event ( I believe Halloween) from the High channel to the Low channel ( same account, this one) and to this day, I still have that DM in my Low Channel account.
Now, the DM that I want to be transferred is the one from my alt, "click" and that DM is on the High channel.

I didn't say that, I said that the DM that I want to be transferred is in my other account and on the high channel, not the low channel.
I just mentioned the low channel because that's where my main account's DM was transferred to.

Bascically, it's simple as this items = untradeable was mentioned in post, so you get no reply mwahaha.
