But seriously  it's just actions over anything, you do something stupid then people will dislike you. If you're smart then it's pretty much there for the taking. You don't have to report, neither be nice to everyone or do frequent giveaways. Just be yourself, chill, have fun. Oh and obey the rules, or insta-nostaff4life. breaking rules doesnt make u 'insta nostaff4life'. theres been plenty of people who have been broke rules but got promoted to staff later. hell i got promoted to staff when i was moderated.

Eh, nah, I mean I was 'perma' banned until late 2011 for flaming, messing up the server etc. but 3rd in charge now for a while (although I haven't made a contribution for nearly 2 years lol)
