Sorry I shoulda given way more detail than that. The reason you can't get the top G flag anymore is because it's not actually for top guilds of today, it's a Hall of Fame flag for guilds that achieved top 5 before the guild wipe of 2012 (I think it was 2012?)

Personally I don't think G Flag should be handed out again. The fact that it's limited and unavailable is what makes it special, take that away and its just another untradeable item everyone has.
