That icon means the file is corrupted or missing. It's a place holder image.

I got it a while back, and so did my brother. It's the website. Your display picture is still working, don't worry.

Check with a different browser. It's technically not "broken". It'll right itself if you leave it. Worst case scenario if it bugs you, re-upload the image. But even then, it may not fully resolve the problem. If it continues for like a while (i.e. a month+), talk to a FM.

Hapens to me lots of time, i usually just refresh the images again and its alright
