I've changed a few things directly regarding players.

First off, I've removed the GFX and Event team; they didn't do their job anyway.

Second, I've completely redone the staff list.
With the redone staff list, I've removed vGM.
This means there are only two Administrator, three GameMaster, five Moderator and three Forum Moderator positions available.
I apologize to all who were demoted, and congratulations to those who were promoted; Gramps and myself spent an hour deciding who got what.

Third, as a smaller notice, permissions in-game and on the forums are a bit different. You may or may not notice.

Fourth, I will be rewriting all the rules momentarily. Make sure you check them out when I'm complete; they're not the same.

I proposed several threads to benefit the site itself. Few, if any from the GFX team participated (keep in mind, I offered large giga rewards as well -- as a GFX team member, the individual is suppose to do these types of things for free...). Large incentives, such as 100 million gigas, still wasn't enough to get the submission amount I was looking for.
