Flow: Something like the signature your wearing the hair is going towards the right side but you have some c4d looking thing just sitting straight up and down on the left side of her, so the flow wouldn't be considered to good.

Depth: It's ermm, say for instance you had a render of a guy standing on a cliff looking at the sky and everything is perfectly viewable. A good way to add depth is to blur the sky and add more focus on the guy.
