Well, I've finally figured out this +++ system after much mis-information. Yea gramps, you were right, every item varies. I know for sure that +3 omni//discus can have TD. So can both +1 and +2; however, the +3 has more than the +2 and +1 and the +2 more than the +1. The shop version gives a variation of all stats possible for each item (so this means, ice-mini can't have td), but lower.

SO YEA. I'm still up for buying. Anyone selling +3 td parts? I've edited the top page.

It doesn't take very long to get to 150.  Week or so if people are helping you with level X.
