Sucky. Whether you made the BG or not, its easy to make BG's, there's no blending, flow, the text is crap by changing fonts dramatically, the text is too big and ruins any possible focal, the render is LQ, done.

dood do smaller/simpler texts and put the render in an actual attention grabbing area with flashy/simplistic effects around it

ways you may wanna improve the text is to underline it or outline it, or make a layer behind it then color it or w/e so it has some sort of background effect to it
