there should be a channel only for koreans....where hack is allowed(that's what they like the most)

:O that's a good plan with one minor modifacation let everyone in tht server hack for about a week, then ban everyone that uses that server. O.o

Easy solution, similar to Muncay's.

Make a new channel "KOREA". All Korean's will enter immediately. Let them play for 5-7 days. Then make it so that everyone who goes in there gets banned ;/

Or just let them play.
