Ok, by your logic all logic contradicts all logic. Therefore, there is no knowing. So, Agnostic ftw!

The extent creationists go to rationalize their "logic". \facepalm.

Cool story bro:

BTW, you realize that your signature states that all religion is ignorance, and then attempts to lump science into that ignorance as well? You are bashing both science and religion; however, more so religion, as they've managed to climb that peak first :).

We are climbing two very different mountains (if you can call your journey a journey over a mountain -- an anthill is a more fitting term). You don't have to climb too high to accept the blind bliss of faith.

Ah, it does not. It states that scientists (you) have scaled the mountains of ignorance (which you are currently scaling). After you have scaled these mountains, you have found the final peak, and you begin your ascension to truth. Once you get there, you are met by me.

If you can't figure it out for yourself: SCIENCE LEADS TO GOD.

I fear that you will never even find the final peak.. Much less reach its summit.
Oh well, I'm sure the mountains of ignorance are good exercise.

In case you didn't know, James Tour is one of the worlds leading scientists. He knows existentially more about science (which is the god of atheism) than you. Maybe you should listen to him.

By the way, I do not believe in God merely because of faith, but because of science, logic, reason and evidence.
I am 100% sure that my God is the immaterial, immortal, spaceless, timeless, loving, caring, humble, moral, good and all-knowing God that He claims to be.

The DNA in each and every cell in your body contains as much information as 25,000 two-hundred page books.
This means that There are 250,000,000,000,000,000,000 books worth of information in all the cells of your body.
This means that there are 50,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 pages of information in all the cells of your body. That is a 5 followed by 22 zeros.

Now, this is not just your body, but in each and every body of each and every living being on the entire planet. There are around 6.5 billion people currently on earth, and many many more nonhuman species. Imagine the amount of information in every cell of every being combined.

I'm sure you've heard the message in the sand analogy, it goes something like this: If you were walking down the beach and you saw "get out, tourists!" written in the sand, would you assume a wave rolled up and created it? That a bird got sick of tourists and decided to leave them a message? NO! You assume that an intelligent being wrote it with content and purpose.

...by your logic, anything is logic. I've found my mountain of logic and you've found yours. Nothing you can do or say can prove otherwise for myself or yourself (by your logic of course).

Faith is simply ignorance in the guise of virtue. You don't need to understand science to understand the improbability of the existence of a god.

I am 100% sure that my God is the immaterial, immortal, spaceless, timeless, loving, caring, humble, moral, good and all-knowing God that He claims to be.

But your belief requires faith, which is not logic or evidence at all. Simply put, 100 percent certainty is impossible (you claim this; thus, I perceive you to be deeply confused), unless you're delusional of course (which you probably are). Regarding your "gods" tenants. Have you read the bible much? Go ahead and scratch out loving, caring, humble, moral good and all-knowning. While you're at it, throw away spaceless, as this is an ambiguous term. In other words, prove he is spaceless? Prove he exists? and when you ask to prove that he doesn't exist, I will, as any sane human being will do, select a platform to gauge and validate my claim as either, yes he does exist, or no he does not. The evidence stacks up on the "no he does not" pile. There is never 100 percent certainty in this life, meaning, we must base our beliefs on evidence to the contrary of a statement or evidence that validates the statement. When we look at god, there is no proof of god; therefore, we make the assertion that god most likely does not exist. Given the laughable nature of all religion, a god associated with these religions simply doesn't exist (link providing as to why):

He is an agnostic atheist. He will make no claim directed at 100 percent certainty either way. This is simply the logical assertion to claim...which you will never do (you're illogical).

Simply because you can't fathom or understand the processes in their entirety, doesn't mean a god created them. Even if you can, there is no reason to assign a "god" as to why these processes exist. This is known as god of the gaps, as stated previously. It is a fallacious mindset.

None of them know how to spell.

I do feel bad for yourself. You must assign ambiguity to everything stated against religion, because you realize that logically, god cannot exist in the form that you believe him to be (the Christian god). If this is true, then you simply say that logic itself is ambiguous. This couldn't be a more laughable statement. Human progression occurs because of this logic. One day, you'll grow up and free yourself from the chains of imprisonment placed on you by society.

And no. Your quote clearly states that the scientist reaches the peak of ignorance, where theologians have been waiting for thousands of years (at this peak of ignorance)...this is clearly implied within your quote. Cool quote bro. LMAO.

I'm done talking to you regarding these matters, as I've repeated the aforesaid about 100+ times at various points in-time. Simply put, your statements disgust me and I'm done with a fruitless cause.

I'll leave you with this. Hopefully, it puts things in perspective regarding your"benevolent" god. LOL.

*Epic sigh*
Opti, if we're going to have a mature debate, and if that mature debate is going to go anywhere, you have to stop making pointless assumptions about me; your only making an ass of yourself.

I believe that logic is absolute, much like truth. Neither are relative. I can explain why later if you do not already know.

You* believe.
Red herring, logical fallacy.
Everyone believes that, because it absolute, much like truth.

To begin, God had to be spaceless, because He created space. The same goes for each other term. Before you make another faulty assumption, the law of causality and the cosmological argument are both proofs of this. If you cannot figure out what I mean for yourself, I'll explain it when I get home later today.

Slippery slope fallacy. Secondly, you can't prove god exists; therefore, you can't prove anything about god (spaceless or otherwise).
I can come farther to proving He is the reason for the universe than you can come to proving that natural law is.
Nothing existed before the Big Bang.

When I said you were being close-minded and foolish, I was making a completely correct statement. Science DOES lead to God; refer to the fact that DNA is the most complicated language ever created, and nature can't spell.

"I believe with 100 percent certainty"=truth claim=you're close minded, not myself.

Watch your own video on close-mindedness, you obviously need it.
I have learned of and considered Atheistic points of view, as well as arguments. They are some of the most megalomaniacal claims I have ever heard, as well as some of the most foolish. I can only believe one thing, and Christianity is it. That does not make me close minded, that makes you an idiot.

Make statements about my beliefs or my arguments, or about your beliefs or your arguments. Don't make pointless, space-filling assumptions about me.
Come on, you can do this!

Someone needs to take debating 101 ;/.

You obviously don't understand the definition nor the implications for this fallacious argument, as my response was not one. You stated that you believe in logical absolutism. I responded with You*, inferring that others believe something entirely different and regardless of your claims, that difference has the possibility to maintain itself.

To begin, God had to be spaceless, because He created space. The same goes for each other term. As I said, you cannot prove god exists (requires faith); therefore, this argument is invalid. Did nothing exist before the big bang? Again, another assumption. Assumptions do not equal evidence.

When I said you were being close-minded and foolish, I was making a completely correct statement. Science DOES lead to God; refer to the fact that DNA is the most complicated language ever created, and nature can't spell.

"I believe with 100 percent certainty"=truth claim=you're close minded, not myself.

You've made a truth claim; I have not. I understand that there are variant beliefs within this world and that each opinion is subjective and thus thought to be the correct opinion. I will make no stake claiming that my beliefs are 100 percent valid, as this is an impossibility. That is by definition, open-mindedness.

Make statements about my beliefs or my arguments, or about your beliefs or your arguments. Don't make pointless, space-filling assumptions about me.
Come on, you can do this!
