special trans don't work

I'm plaing in low server, surge setted up for get special trans, but since i'm plaing, never get the special trans..

there is any solution or keeping wait?

It works fine. Much more chance with ram though.

Make sure first that no Trans Pack is equipped. It is not easy being Special Transed if you don't have much SP(Special Trans). Make more SP and you'll be Special Transing more often
