Actually there's no possible way to get him to blue every time you start the game because the game itself gets him to blue. You can only reduce him to orange, red, or nothing at all.

He could disprove Allie, if he had access to data base, because Allie said she gets him to blue every time they start a game.  With the data-base however Lyric could change his HP so he could start in orange if I'm not mistaken lol.

1. I said everytime we start a game, therefore it doesn't count if he doesn't start one.
If he changes his HP bar, it doesn't change mine nor everyone elses, so his fake non-blue doesn't count.
