There's a chance that you dont have a specific file and when you see it ingame the game cant load it. If you have any mods save them because I believe those get deleted when repairing. repair your client and play around with your ingame settings (specifically the detail settings) hopefully one of these resolves your problem!

Casually looking through the in-game shop, and I get a message saying the game has stopped working and it just closes by itself.
And last night I was playing Sector with friends, and I got the same issue twice, once, before we started the match and once after the match has been started.
Any idea why?
