Was a T.V. gameshow? created by Qwiny (a pay to play quiz based tv company to scam kids) that involved winning a tournament to join the hall of fame rankings and win ingame/cash prizes.

Boutman was some weird kids one? I honestly have no idea.

I wasted a lot of my day trying to find any videos of this stuff, but every link was dead.
Pandora.tv had some videos of it back in 2005 (lol) so maybe those can be found.
