No, but it means it has a pornographic scene and is therefore rated R or M for having a pornographic scene (and therefore children are not allowed to see it, strictly BECAUSE of that scene).

The only reason the video is still on youtube is because youtube bans nudity, not porn.
There's a reason for why some movies are rated 15+ or more.
There were several scenes that only a 4 year old would not understand.

and if you are by any chance posting something that is NSFW but still not porn, then put it in a spoiler tag and warn people before watching it?

To be honest, I could probably report that video as pornography to youtube, and they would indeed put an age block on it, or remove it completely.  The only reason they haven't yet, is because no-one has reported it.

No. The warning remains, what you posted was against the rules and, even if it wasn't meant to be against the rules, you were officially warned (and now everyone else sees that you were officially warned) for something that every immature person on this forum will (or would have) posted something similar and get warned for anyway.
You should have realized it was inappropriate before posting it, and, because you didn't, you either broke the rule of think before you post or pornography.

tldr, warning stays. You can discuss that in the feedback/rants, but it won't be reverted.
