Many people also don't know that you can run straight through the fire and not take any damage during iframes. Really comes in handy when an HP canister drops in the middle of the fire.

So in other words, let a mob hit you down then run through the fire.

yes you can stun fires with zappers (or w/e they're called)
and when you get hit and knoked down by anything when you get up u'll be briefly untouchable (sector only ofc) so you can run through fire
