You do realize this will affect all bot types, while surge will be more greatly affected this won't really change anything except that it will make the players more slower and boring. This game is already slow enough.  


Depending on how good the players are, and the map being played on Ram can still be able to catch up to Surges, as well as run away from them.

Speed gear shouldn't be nerfed, it makes the game slower.
Nerf surge's parts by a certain %

The game needs changes, if you want it to stay stagnant and not be played at it's full potential (where all 3 bots are equal) then that's alright, cool but it gets less enjoyable as time goes on..
