What do you mean by "nicest?" Strongest? Best looking?

Hmm...Kinda confusing with Gavin having the same name color with the in-game mods.Someone might think he is a mod too xD.

On topic: Imo the best looking Surge sets are Sabercron/Bladium/Bladess Core.
