And now the another major --bigger than the last problem-- will arise... Everyone will want the best players to be their team mates --and it will end with another dispute, thus, this tourny will just come to an end...

^ What I suspect will happen now.
IMO, Roodi, you should figure something out. I suggest you pick the teams again, basing on the levels, have someone who is not participating, or just a mature player, help out. (Sorry but I'm not going to be able to help. Too busy.)
