Well it definately screams boucheetah 

I got some problems, though. For instance, the title's been stretched and doesn't look right. Also, the buttons seem irregular with the whole design. The text looks like a quick job.

Spend a bit more time on it and a nice launcher will come through.

Met, I would get something in asap so that you get feedback. Otherwise what you might think looks good, might actually be horrifbad.
