What about all coin items allowed, no jack head, no walker bro, highest event ef allowed is BOUT and BOTS [all other non-event efs allowed], no dark meto, and halloween set is allowed with the exception that you must take atleast one part of the set off so it doesnt give godly stats..?....

-Members cannot use @fuel, non-member can.
- Highest E.F allowed is Swirlon (Lv 150 E.F)
-Highest Armor is lv 150 +5
-Highest Minibot allowed is MiniBell (lv 150)
-Any Sheld/Shoulder allowed
-No Member Flags
-No II/Mob Boost
-Halloween Armor is allowed, but not the whole set
-No Coin items. (Includes Code Red the gigas trans)
