Yes, an MMORPG, 3D like a mix of WoW and RS. I'm still working on a proposal but we can't even start without modellers.

We have none, but I don't really deem anyone in our community skilled enough (or if you are, dedicated enough) to help such a professional project.

Team. Have you heard of it? Companies don't rely on one person for their gfx needs. I've been in a gfx department for a company in real life people ask around and get opinions. They edit each others' works.

Dedication? If you're talking about previous failed efforts to get work from the gfxers here it was because there was no motive. When you added in money (the updater project) entries came flying through. Now you're offering good pay people would jump at the chance. People who would make a good team.
