I could name lots of players that have been passively harrasshing others, but they didn't get muted for it.

Players that have been muted, have also been un-muted, meaning that he might get un-muted.

Have you seen him harrass anyone on the forums during the time he was un-muted? The time I asked you why he was you muted, you actually didn't know, so you kept saying that there were many reasons. Could you name me all of them? Could you also explain what passive harrassment is, please?
