Another suggestion could be to make a button on forum that gives (new) players a glimt of member ship.
Like 1,3 or 7days like a try out, then maybe more people want to buy membership, and you guys could change.the name for 1 or maybe 2 times.

If a name change for non members came out, then you guys will take away 1 benefit from members.
Cause members can change name, and if a non member can too, why buy membership.to change name?
And if you can't pay for member, ask someone else to pay it for you xDno need to rage. Lawl!
