master yi/ garen / ashe / nunu / kayle are noob friendly / cheap imo.

Missfortune can be fun to play early but hard to master and she is expensive with a cost of 4800 ip. I would suggest playing with any of the above named champions until you get to know the basics.

randomly saying this, kind of a personal story :/

When I started playing, and then I tried to play AD, I tried ashe, idk maybe I didn't have other carries.
Anyway, I would do horrible, for a long time I couldn't play ADC unless I had a mobility ability.
Now it's great though even though no one plays ashe for some reason, because I can, because, when chaox was ranking up at the start of s3, I watched his stream, and since he would play ashe, I learned how to as well.

The same with draven/wildturtle, quinn/aphromoo.

How about Swain do u know if hes good,bad,very good,very bad,average? He was the one i played first and i liked him but as a total newbie what i think abt him count as nothing.

Yeh i was thinking abt this, i almost bought Xian Xhao(that is a 3150IP champ on sale for 395RP)
My IP i think ill save to buy Swain because i rly liked him.
