There is a huge different, i changed the blur around his hair, i had to delete all sharpen,blur,normal apply images to add the effects you wanted, also the burn/dodge layer had to be done again with the new effects. The new effects are placed on the right bottom of the sig because you haven't been really specific with your request, all you said was more effects on side so i added smudge/glow/clippin mask on the right bottom, left side i added small blending brushes to give the smudges an effect which you might not have realised.

I amsorry i do not have the powers to read your mind and complete your request exactly as you wanted it, if you want anything to be added be more specific about your request so i don't have to spend hours on trying out stuff myself and then end up hearing you don't see a change.

as i said, more effects on the sides, like flashes, lighting, flares, textures... the render and text are good enough, just the sides are a bit empty

Woah calm down there bud, you can't please everyone when you make art.  There's always gonna be someone who doesn't like something that you make or notice the changes that you made in a signature.
