They have been on all day.  I counted at least seven staff members on at the same time earlier today.

Maybe it is his time zone.
Also money, they do, you have to ask them to 1v1 you, they will gladly do it, unless they have already 1v1ed dozens of people and just want to take a break.

thats why i suggested to allie to promote a mod to be a new GM specially that  opti retired as well , and promote new mods to replace the inactive ones! ^_^

As long as you have killed the required amount, you will get the prizes.  I didn't add an achievement unlock message for those.

It's fine as it is. Having new mods just for the event isn't a good idea.
