well ive been trying for ages to buy 'mod max's' permenant block head, everytime i ask he declines my offer, today he said he'd sell it for 1.3bil, id like to say first of all i offered 1.2 and a s ef a while back when they were worth 300mil+ which is firstly way more, now i offered a ds e set, 4 elektra +7 sets, a hallo 5 piece, discus/omni/candy and ice bot all +4, s ef and a dark bot.... now lets do the math

ds e around 1 bil
elektra +7 (one set) anything from 70-100
hallo 5piece around 120-200mil
dark bot 150-200 mil
s ef anything from 50-100 mil
dicus/omni/ice 50mil
candy 20mil

now the smallest average work up to 1.77 bil, now someone explain to me why people do this becasue francly this shouldnt be allowed

Maybe he just doesn't want those items. Maybe just pure gigas. Or he wants a better offer. Technically it's his item he could really sell it for how much he wants. :/

Did you have 1.3bil? I think not but even though you did have if the seller doesn't want it, then you'd have to make it better unless the seller will NOT sell. I've also experienced this once but I didn't mind coz the item was not really rare.

I've also offered at that head but my offer was also denied lul.
