Being in Redtopia doesn't higher your chances of becoming a staff member.
However, everyone in redtopia is active and friendly.
Thus they have higher chances of becoming staff members, based on their personality and activeness, than other random people, which is why they got into redtopia in the first place.

I was thinking,outside redtopia, almost there arent active and old players and most likely a mod wont be a guy that joined 1 month ago.
In general, ppl that are old and active in the game try to join Redtopia. And i think Yz is right, u probably applied but are crying because u werent choosed and trying to find reasons other than they thought u wouldnt be a good mod,at least not atm. I applied for example,wasnt choosed and i am not here saying that staff is biased and blablabla. Maybe i really didnt deserved it, i just face the facts.

Osiris was an excellent choice! He reports lots of rule breakers, never gets in trouble, and as you can see he clearly has the maturity needed for the job!

hmm, odd everyone seems to think its because of the guilds Redtopia but only yz is in it. U guys think that yz make only decision? i like to believe the other admins have a vote in this to, also people should know that not all players were in redtopia when they were chosen but joined afterwards?
