Those lv 127's can level up, become better, then go and get dem raid gear. As for their current shiny set they can go and get a +7 / t3 armor around their lv.


The raid gear is available for anyone, they just have to try and get it. Besides the low levels might get a benefit, more op items = faster leeching for nubs.

Not too mention that raid wasn't made available to low levels because this would make life easier for hackers

Nothing wrong with that, no hacked sets in the game is good. The armor is still there, the low levels don't need to automatically get the most op set made for lv 250's as soon as they join this game. They can simply level up and go up set by set until they reach the highest.
