How to get candies:
Kill bosses on the sector maps to get candies.

How to send them:
You will see "Give candy" button in lobby:


As you can see:

People just SPAM "Trade candy (ies), present (s)!" and you can send candies to them and they will send candies to you. BUT! You must tell (whisper) them you're sending a candy, so they will know

When you click "Give candy" button, you will see the following:

To send candy, click candy. To send a present, click present and type the player's nickname.

I hope this helped to who don't understand how to send candies and how this thing works.

I'd also like to point out that there is no need to "trade" presents. You automatically get a present when you send someone a present...
