i achieved 1299transspeed..

but I can't feel any difference with my last 1099 transspeed..

uknow,,Transspeed is one of the most important capability of Ram..

maybe 1000 transspeed is maximum and over that figure, it's meaningless..

1000 is the maximum Trans speed. With 1000 or more trans speed you will trans instantly. Going above 1000 is meaningless.

But uknow,, i think u can understand what im saying..

Ram is (maybe)bad at pvp..

ram's advantage is trans. (exactly, transguage,  transspeed, and the attack in trans state)

before trans, ram is just sucks.. but surge has speed, and patch has critical(totally advantageous capability in heatsink and holodeck..)

and, tho ram's advantage is the duration after trans, rams can't atk patch for td..

yes, all of rams stats are based on their trans form however I believe their non transed attacks do more damage then patch or surge (not taking into account TA)

Higher than surge, lower than patch but not by a lot.
